【摘要】 目的 观察盖诺联合顺铂治疗蒽环类和紫杉醇耐药的转移性乳腺癌患者的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法 经病理或细胞学证实的，既往行蒽环类和紫杉醇化疗的转移性乳腺癌患者35例，行盖诺(25mg/m 2 第1、8天静脉滴注)加顺铂(30mg/m 2 第1、2、3天静脉滴注)治疗，3周为一个化疗周期。结果 35例患者中CR2例，PR15例，总有效率(CR+PR)48.6%。主要的毒副反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应和静脉炎。结论 盖诺联合顺铂治疗蒽环类和紫杉醇耐药的转移性乳腺癌患者的疗效确切，且毒性可以耐受，价格相对低廉，在转移性乳腺癌二线治疗中值得推广。
