【摘要】 目的 探讨黄芪注射液对小儿中性粒细胞减少症的治疗作用。方法 将106例继发性中性粒细胞减少症患儿随机分为黄芪注射液治疗组和对照组。黄芪注射液治疗组在常规治疗原发性疾病基础上使用黄芪注射液，对照组在常规治疗原发性疾病基础上未使用其他升白细胞药物。检测治疗前及治疗第5天时外周血中白细胞总数及中性粒细胞数。结果 治疗第5天时中性粒细胞增加水平黄芪注射液治疗组较对照组增加明显，差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 黄芪注射液对小儿急性感染所致的继发性粒细胞减少症具有明显地提升作用，临床使用方便易行，易于量化，有助于治疗小儿急性感染所致的继发性粒细胞减少症。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Astragalus Injection on neutropenia in children.Methods 106cases were divided into two groups，the treatment group(60cases)treated with Astragalus Injection by intravenous drip on the basis of routine therapy and the control group(46cases)treated without any other drugs on the basis of routine therapy.Detect the numbers of white blood cells and neutrocytes in the circulating blood before treatˉment and at the fifth day after treatment.The data were analyzed statistically.Results The neutrocytes in the treatˉment group increased significantly than that in the control group at the fifth day after treatment(P<0.01).Concluˉsion Astragus Injection can significantly increase the neutrocytes for the secondary neutropenia in children caused by acute infection. ......
