【摘要】 目的 探讨乙型肝炎患者血清e系统表现模式及其与乙肝病毒复制的关系。方法 对1609例乙型肝炎患者血清e系统表现模式和HBV-DNA定量检测结果进行比较。结果 1609例乙型肝炎患者血清e系统表现模式共13种之多，其中HBeAg+/HBeAb-组合模式6种，HBeAg-/HBeAb+组合模式6种，HBeAg+/HBeAb+组合模式1种。HBeAg+/HBeAb-组合模式组HBV-DNA阳性检出率明显高于HBeAg-/HBeAb+组合模式组和HBeAg+/HBeAb+组合模式组，P值分别<0.01和<0.05。HBeAg+/HBeAb-组合模式组HBV-DNA≥10 5 者显著多于HBeAg-/HBeAb+组合模式组和HBeAg+/HBeAb+组合模式组，P值均<0.01。结论 乙型肝炎患者血清e系统表现模式较为复杂。e系统不同组合模式间HBV-DNA阳性检出率和HBV-DNA水平均存在一定差异。HBeAg+/HBeAb-组合模式与乙肝病毒复制关系密切，可作为乙肝病毒复制活跃的良好免疫学参考指标之一。HBV-DNA定量检测仍是目前评价乙肝病毒复制较为可靠的指标。
