【摘要】 目的 研究绞股蓝总皂苷(GP)的镇痛作用及其作用机制。方法 用小鼠醋酸扭体法与小鼠热板法。结果 GP50～200ml/kg能显著抑制小鼠热板、扭体反应，连续给药7天无镇痛耐受现象。给小鼠GP10mg ivc可明显提高其痛阈GP亦能明显降低大鼠足跖炎症组织中PGE含量。实验结果提示:GP具有镇痛作用，其部位可能在中枢;GP降低PGE含量，可能是GP发挥镇痛作用的外周因素。结论 从GP中分离、提纯某种单体，开发廉价、高效的镇痛新药前景光明。
