【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠早期、中期、晚期弓形虫感染与垂直传播率，为有效防治弓形虫病提供参考。方法 用ELISA法检测3572例孕妇血清TOX IgM，阳性孕妇其胎儿分娩(包括流产)时留取脐血(流产组织)检测。结果 妊娠早期感染率为15.80%，中期为14.30%，晚期为14.97%，垂直传播率早期为7.86%，中期21.28%，晚期18.13%。结论 妊娠早期垂直传播率低，防治效果好。
