【摘要】 目的 评价蓝芪降糖胶囊治疗糖尿病(气阴两虚型)的疗效和安全性。方法 采用双盲双模拟随机对照治疗的方法进行。结果 试验组临床总有效率为80.0%，显效率50.0%;未发现其它不良反应。结论 蓝芪降糖胶囊在目前的口服剂量、疗程范围内，用药安全，无毒副作用，是一种治疗糖尿病(气阴两虚型)安全有效的药物。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate both the therapeutic effect and the safety of Lanqi Jiangtang Capsule in treating diabetes.Methods The test by bi-blind，bi-imitation，grouping randomly were carried out.Results Both the total effective rate and the dominate effective rate of the treated group were80.0%and50.0%respectively.No side effect was found.Conclusion Lanqi Jiangtang Capsule was a effective drug in treating diabetes(deficiency of both Qi and Yin)which proved safety in application of oral dosage.
