【摘要】 目的 观察哮喘患者Th 1 /Th 2 细胞平衡状态，评价雷公藤多甙对支气管哮喘气道炎症的调节作用的机制。方法 40例哮喘患者接受单疗程的雷公藤多甙治疗，于治疗前后分别采血，运用流式细胞术检测IFN-γ和IL-4在Th 1 /Th 2 细胞内的表达。结果 雷公藤多甙治疗前表达CD4 + IFN-γ和CD4 + IL-4的细胞百分比分别为(19.07±8.52)%和(3.61±1.17)%，Th 1 /Th 2 比例为10.96±4.53;治疗后表达CD4 + IFN-γ和CD4 + IL-4的细胞百分比分别为(18.9±8.12)%和(0.75±0.35)%，Th 1 /Th 2 比例为44.22±15.10，治疗前后相比Th 1 细胞百分比差异无显著性(P>0.05)，Th 2 细胞显著下降(P<0.01)，治疗前后Th 1 /Th 2 比值相比差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 Th 1 /Th 2 的失衡在哮喘发病机制中起着重要作用，雷公藤多甙能抑制Th 2 分泌IL-4，使过度活化的CD4 + T淋巴细胞受到一定程度的抑制，从而调整Th 1 /Th 2 的平衡向Th 1 偏移，Th 1 细胞优势相对增强，可能有利于哮喘的长期稳定。
