【摘要】 目的 探讨稀土化合物氯化镧对人牙龈成纤维细胞(HGF)分泌肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响。方法 原代培养HGF，用脂多糖进行诱导，采用ELISA法检测氯化镧对脂多糖诱导的HGF分泌TNF-α的影响。结果 含氯化镧组HGF虽经脂多糖诱导TNF-α分泌量显著低于单用脂多糖诱导组(P<0.05)。结论 氯化镧具有降低脂多糖毒性，抑制HGF分泌TNF-α的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of Lanthanum Chloride on the TNF-αsecretion of human gingival fibroblast(HGF)induced by LPS.Methods Human gingival fibroblast was cultured by block methods.ELISA was used to analyse the TNF-αsecretion of HGF.Results The result of ELISA indicated the TNF-αsecreˉtion of HGF induced by LPS was inhibited significantly by LaCl 3 at1×10 -4 -1×10 -6 mol/L(P<0.05).Concluˉsion The results suggested that there is some possible relevance of the influence of LaCl 3 on the release of inflammaˉtory cytokines with its resistance against inflammation. ......
