【摘要】 目的 探索用Medpor支架Ⅰ期全耳廓再造术的方法。方法 采用Medpor为支架、颞浅筋膜瓣、移植全厚皮片行Ⅰ期全耳廓再造。结果完成30例，再造耳廓外形逼真，轮廓清晰。结论 用Medpor支架、颞浅筋膜瓣覆盖、移植皮片，是Ⅰ期全耳廓再造术效果良好的保证。
