【摘要】 目的 测定板蓝根滴眼液的含量。方法 紫外分光光度法，检测波长290nm。结果 靛玉红吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系。r=0.9994，回收率为100.1%，管RSD<0.832。结论 本法简便，准确。
