【摘要】 目的 研究亚低温对脑挫裂伤合并出血的治疗作用。方法 对我院1998～2002年收治的216例脑挫裂伤并出血病人分三组进行治疗，比较分析结果。结果 40min以内亚低温治疗组死亡率明显下降。结论 早期迅速、适宜的亚低温治疗可明显提高脑挫裂伤合并出血病人的生存率。
