【摘要】 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗囊肿性痤疮的新方法。方法 随机将85例病人分为对照组和治疗组，治疗组44例，西药加中药:患者炎症严重者先用加味五味消毒饮煎服，每天1剂，连用7天，复煎，用自制消痤方至疗程结束。对照组41例，单纯用西药。结果 治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中西医结合治疗囊肿性痤疮具有很强的互补性，使用抗生素的同时用中药，减轻毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症，调节内分泌，明显缩短疗程，从而减轻疤痕的发生，疗效显著。
