【摘要】 目的 评价UF-100流式尿沉渣全自动分析仪的检测效果。方法 检测UF-100法有关性能指标，并随机选择143例住院病人尿标本，同时用UF-100尿沉渣分析仪、DiaSys R/S2003尿沉渣分析工作站、尿干化学分析仪及显微镜检测，比较其主要参数结果。结果 UF-100法检测RBC和WBC的精密度分别为CV3.8%和7.8%、平均准确率分别为100.8%和99.7%、平均误差分别为3.6%和6.6%、污染率分别为0.8%和1.8%。UF-100法检测尿RBC、WBC、管型时分别易受细菌和草酸钙结晶等、小圆上皮细胞和移行上皮细胞等、粘液丝和有形杂质等的影响，产生一定的假阳性，使其与其他三种方法结果比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 UF-100法对样本RBC、WBC等主要有形成分的检测精密度高，准确性和线性好，携带污染率低，与干化学法联合过筛，结合R/S2003工作站或常规镜检复查可疑标本，可大大提高其检测效果。
