【摘要】 目的 探讨戊巴比妥钠建立兔心功能不全模型的方法。方法 以50只纯种新西兰兔为研究对象，采用戊巴比妥钠造成急性心功能不全模型，记录造模成功所需时间和所需戊巴比妥钠用量;测定造模前后兔的血流动力学指标，考察造模前后各指标的变化情况。结果 (1)以0.15ml·kg -1 ·min -1 静脉恒速给予2%戊巴妥钠(11.8±3.3)min，能使兔HR减慢，DAP、SAP、LVSP、lv±dp/dt max ，lv+dp/dt max ，lv-dp/dt max 、MOCI显著降低，与造模前比较差异均有极显著性(P<0.001);并使t-dp/dt max 和LVET明显延长，LVEDP则明显升高，与造模前比较差异均有极显著性(P<0.001);(2)造模成功时，lv±dp/dt max 、lv+dp/dt max 、lv-dp/dt max 均维持在基础值的20%左右，而SAP和DAP下降到基础值的35%左右，符合急性心衰模型的指标要求。结论 戊巴比妥钠能快速建立急性心衰模型，且模型指标稳定，造模方法可重复性强，可用于观察药物对心功能的作用。
