【摘要】 目的 观察对急性脑卒中患者进行标准化的评定并制定完善的康复计划实施干预性的规范化的康复治疗，对其偏瘫肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力的影响。增强临床医师对早期康复介入的认识，正确的把握早期康复介入的时机，确实有效的提高脑卒中患者的生存质量。方法 随机对60例急性脑卒中患者分组并对康复组采用规范化的康复治疗，于治疗前后用Fugl-meyer法、Barthel指数评定两组患者偏瘫肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力。结果 治疗前两组Fugl-meyer值及Barthel指数积分相近，差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后(1个月和6个月)，康复组Fugl-meyer值、Barthel指数积分均明显高于对照组，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 为急性脑卒中患者制定完善的康复计划，早期给予系统的规范的康复治疗能促进神经功能恢复，降低并发症和致残率，提高患者生存质量，更好的回归社会。
