【摘要】 目的 探索输尿管镜在上尿路结石的治疗作用。方法 试验组30例患者均经微创经皮肾穿刺输尿管镜加气压弹道碎石术，治疗肾及输尿管段结石。结果 输尿管镜在微创治疗肾及输尿管上段结石中作用显著。结论 输尿管镜在微创治疗肾及输尿管上段结石时能减少住院时间，免除开放手术取石的痛苦，结石取净率高，并发症少。
