【摘要】 目的 观察甲地孕酮对肝癌介入化疗病人毒性的减低和生活质量改善情况。方法 治疗组采用介入化疗配合甲地孕酮;对照组只采用介入化疗。结果 治疗组恶心、呕吐、反应明显少于对照组;治疗组体重增加优于对照组。结论 甲地孕酮可明显减轻肝癌介入化疗病人的化疗副作用;亦可明显改善此类病人的生活质量。从而有利于完成系统介入治疗，提高疗效。

    The clinical study from megace in interventional chemical therapy of liver cancer

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the probality and outcomes of Megace and to improve the quality of life with liver cancer.Methods The tested group uses Megace and interventional chemical therapy;the controlled group only uses interventional therapy.Results The side effect of the tested group is more less than the controlled group.Conclusion Megace can obviously reduce side effects of interventional chemical therapy and improve their quality of life.This can have a help to cure patients systematically and to increase good effects.
