【摘要】 目的 探讨E-cad，CD44v6与NSCLC的发生及临床病理特征，以及淋巴结转移的关系。 方法 采用免疫组化染色法，对40例原发性NSCLC中及20例良性病变中E-cad，CD44v6表达情况进行检测。 结果 E-cad在20例良性病变中表达阳性率为100%，NSCLC中表达阳性率为37.5%。CD44v6在20例良性病变中均为阴性表达，NSCLC中阳性表达率70%，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。E-cad阴性表达，CD44v6阳性表达在NSCLC中与性别年龄，与病理组织类型及组织分化程度无关，与TNM分期和淋巴结转移具相关性。 结论 NSCLC中E-cad低表达，CD44v6高表达，提示病情进展，预后不良，可作为判断预后的指标。
