【摘要】 目的 研究聚肌胞对小梁切除术后滤过泡滤过功能及眼压的影响。 方法 对36例青光眼患者行小梁切除术，分别于术后当时、术后3、7、10d于滤过泡旁结膜下注射聚肌胞0.5mg。 结果 术后用药组眼压控制明显低于对照组，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。 结论 聚肌胞可改善滤过功能，稳定眼压，提高手术成功率且无毒副作用。
