【摘要】 目的 利用电镜检测、确证3种具抗菌作用纳米材料的大小尺度并进行形态观察。 方法 采用无水乙醇稀释，超声悬浮、分散样品，经透射电镜观察形态后摄片记录并测量受试材料的粒径。 结果 镜下所见受试样品其颗粒均呈不规则球型、球杆状形态，存在聚集现象;经计算，它们的粒径分别为S 2 ≤98.3nm;C 7 ≤35.4nm;Z 10 ≤25.8nm。 结论 这3种具抑杀金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的受试样品粒径符合纳米材料的尺度要求，本电镜制样方法能满足纳米材料的超微观测需要。
