【摘要】 目的 了解湖南省普通人群饮酒的基本情况。 方法 采用分层按比例多阶段整群抽样法，对18618例受试者行问卷调查。 结果 普通人群男、女及整体饮酒率分别为38.9%、35.3%和37.8%，男、女及整体重度饮酒率为17.9%、8.3%、15.0%，男性年饮酒量是女性的6.5倍。 结论 我国饮酒人群在增加，酒类消费在向啤酒、低度酒发展。应进一步加大饮酒卫生宣传教育。
