【摘要】 目的 为了满足越来越多的女性要求拥有瘦脸及“尖而翘”的颏部外形的目的，笔者设计了改良口内入路下颌角延长弧形截骨术，并将该方法与传统弧形截骨术作了对比研究。 方法 改良延长截骨法主要改进在传统弧形截骨术的基础上截骨线前端越过颏神经。 结果 2002～2004年共收治116例接受改良口内入路下颌角延长弧形截骨术下颌角肥大患者，均取得了良好的效果。 结论 改良口内入路下颌角延长弧形截骨术使求美者在接受下颌角截骨整形术同时获得“尖而翘”的颏部形态，取得了良好的下颌曲线，求美者满意度高，值得推广。
