【摘要】 目的 观察股动脉超选择插管供血动脉内栓塞及灌注化疗治疗颅内恶性肿瘤的效果和相关并发症。 方法 采用经股动脉超选择插管供血动脉内栓塞及灌注化疗治疗颅内恶性肿瘤57例。28例应用ACNU，用量2～3mg/kg;21例应用VM26，用量300～500mg/m 2 ;8例应用武活龙(福莫司汀)，用量100mg/m 2 。51例行肿瘤供血动脉区域内灌注;6例行肿瘤供血动脉区域内灌注后加聚乙烯醇(PVA)颗粒、NBCA胶或明胶海绵栓塞供血动脉。 结果 肿瘤完全消散(CR)0例，部分缓解(PR)12例，微效(MR)20例，无变化(NC)19例，恶化(PD)6例，有效率56.1%。颅内高压症状缓解率为77.8%，CT扫描水肿消退率66.7%，并发症6例(10.5%)。 结论 经股动脉超选择插管供血动脉内灌注化疗是治疗颅内恶性肿瘤的有效辅助方法，部分血供丰富的肿瘤还可行栓塞治疗。同时可大大降低抗癌药物的毒副作用，延缓肿瘤的复发，延长患者的生存时间。
