【摘要】 目的 为了区分咳嗽变异性哮喘与其它原因的慢性咳嗽。 方法 对两组学龄期患儿在治疗前后分别进行肺功能测定，以观察有何不同。 结果 两组患儿在治疗前后肺功能变化差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。 结论 提示小儿肺功能测定有辅助诊断咳嗽变异性哮喘的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To differentiate between cough variant asthma and other chronic cough.Methods 86school age cases were examined by micro DL pulmonary function test apparatus before and after treatment.Results There were sngnficant differences between cough variant asthma and other chronic cough of pulmonary function test before and after treatment.Conclusion Pulmonary function test will assist in diagnosing cough variant asthma.
