【摘要】 目的 探讨手术保留输卵管、中西医结合综合治疗输卵管妊娠的临床效果。 方法 急诊手术结扎输卵管系膜血管;宫腔注入丁胺卡那霉素0.2g、α-糜蛋白酶4000U，地塞米松5mg、生理盐水2ml;中成药金刚藤制剂口服或中药输通汤治疗。 结果 35例输卵管妊娠病例经综合治疗全部治愈。 结论 手术结扎输卵管系膜血管+宫腔注药+中药调理是治疗本病的一种有效的方法。
