【摘要】 目的 探讨老年人上消化道出血的发病特点。 方法 以老年组42例为试验组，非老年组40例为对照组，比较两组之间的临床表现、诱因、并发症、病因、预后。 结果 上述两组间的差异有显著性(P<0.05)，甚至差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。 结论 老年人上消化道出血有自身特点。
