【摘要】 目的 采用相关手术技术合理处理踝关节骨折、脱位。

    方法 用Lange-Hansen分型方法，掌握踝关节创伤瞬间造成的病理损害，采用相应的复位及内固定技术处理踝关节骨折脱位，包括腓骨(外踝)复位及内固定技术、下胫腓离的固定技术、后踝的复位固定技术、康复治疗技术等。

    结果 对57例患者进行3～12个月的随访及康复指导，优良率达84%。用Baird-Jackson评分方法进行评定优31例，良17例，可5例，差4例。 结论 通过踝关节骨折脱位的相关技术应用，达到了踝关节解剖复位的目的，早期活动变为可能，获得了满意的疗效。开放性骨折、塔门型压缩骨折、个性化随意固定手术，部分影响踝关节功能恢复。
