【摘要】 目的 了解血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在IgA肾病患者肾组织中的变化及其与IgA肾病临床与病理表现之间的关系。 方法 采用特异性抗体与免疫组织化学染色方法，对26例IgA肾病患者肾组织中VEGF的分布与强度变化进行了观察，并结合临床及肾脏病理进行分析。 结果 IgA肾病VEGF主要在肾小球的脏层上皮细胞表达，轻度和中度病理改变者VEGF表达明显增强，而重度病理改变者VEGF表达明显减弱。在轻、中度病变，肾小球内VEGF表达与患者24h尿蛋白定量呈正相关(r=0.583，P<0.05);在重度病变中无相关性。肾小球内VEGF表达与患者血压、血肌酐水平无明显相关性。 结论 在轻、中度病变中肾小球内VEGF表达增强，且与24h尿蛋白定量呈正相关，与血压、血肌酐水平无明显相关性，提示VEGF在IgA肾病患者肾组织内表达异常增加，促进蛋白尿形成。VEGF介导了IgA肾病患者肾小球内皮细胞损伤和功能紊乱的发生。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate distribution and expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the kidneys of IgA nephropathy(IgAN)and their relationship with clinical and pathological manifestations.Methods 26patients with renal biopsy-proven IgAN enrolled this study，whose renal tissue were subjected to immunohisto-chemical staining by4-layer method using monoclonal anti-VEGF antibodies.The relationship of expression pattern of VEGF and clinicopathological manifestation was also investigated.Results It was found that there were a strong differences in both of the distribution and staining intensity of VEGF in the kidney of patients with IgAN.There was increased expression of VEGF in the glomerules ......
