【摘要】 目的 探讨电脑微波技术在根管治疗术一次法中的应用疗效。方法 选择符合根管治疗适应证患牙270个，随机分成2组。第1组用电脑微波技术进行根管治疗术一次法(138个)，第2组进行传统根管治疗术一次法(132个)。观察术后1年的疗效。结果 1年成功率分别为电脑微波技术(微波组)92.03%，传统治疗一次法(对照组)为71.21%。经X 2 检验，P<0.01，差异有非常显著性。结论 电脑微波技术应用于根管治疗术一次法，安全、有效、并发症少，并且提高了成功率，值得临床推广应用。
