【摘要】 目的 探讨联合应用输尿管肾镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的临床疗效。 方法 对联合应用输尿管肾镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石146例进行总结。 结果 一次性结石清除率为98.6%，无严重并发症发生。 结论 联合应用输尿管肾镜气压弹道碎石术是治疗输尿管上段结石的理想方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the treatment of upper ureteral calculi with ureterorenoscopic lithotripsy.Methods Analized146ureterorenoscopic lithotripsy cases retrospectively.Results The stone clearance rate was98.6%(144/146)on first treatment session.No major complications were noted.Conclusion Ureterorenoscopic lithotripsy is effective in treating proximal ureteral calculi.
