【摘要】 目的 观察胰岛素联合二甲双胍和脑恩(天然银杏叶制剂)治疗继发性失效的2型糖尿病患者的疗效。 方法 将48例继发性失效的2型糖尿病患者随机分为A组(25例)和B组(23例)。A组:胰岛素(皮下注射，早晚餐前各1次)+二甲双胍(0.5g，每日3次，口服)。B组:A组+脑恩(9.6mg，每日3次，口服)。 结果 治疗4个月后，A、B两组的空服血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA 1 C)均较明显下降(P<0.01)。与A组比较，B组下降尤为明显。 结论 胰岛素联合二甲双胍和脑恩治疗继发性失效2型糖尿病的疗效确切，且安全可靠。
