【摘要】 目的 了解氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)+曲安奈德局部封闭治疗瘢痕疙瘩的效果及其对复发的作用。 方法 将门诊确诊的84例瘢痕疙瘩患者随机分成治疗组(n=42)和对照组(单纯曲安奈德组，n=42)。治疗组采用5-FU+曲安奈德皮损内注射，1次/周，4次为1个疗程，连用3个疗程。治疗结束后观察皮损的变化，对痊愈病例随访1年，记录其复发情况。 结果 治疗组痊愈率88.71%(37/42)，有效率97.62%(41/42)，对照组则分别为59.25%(25/42)、85.71%(36/42)，两者疗效差异有显著性(χ 2痊愈 =8.87，P<0.01;χ 2有效 =4.03，P<0.05)。治疗组的复发率5.4%(2/37)，低于对照组的复发率28%(7/25)，两者差异有显著性(χ 2 =6.14，P<0.05)。 结论 5-FU+曲安奈德局部封闭治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效确切，复发率低。
