【摘要】 目的 了解皮埋副反应对使用者生命质量的影响情况。 方法 抽取攀枝花市仁和区仁和镇作为调查现场，对所有正在使用者采用访谈式问卷调查方法。 结果 目前对皮埋 [1] 不满意、皮埋影响情绪、皮埋影响生活、主干家庭、家庭年总收入越低、丈夫不支持、职业为农民及家庭功能障碍分级为有障碍者其生命质量也越差。 结论 皮埋副反应对生命质量有负面影响，主要影响生命质量中的角色功能、情感功能、心理健康、社会功能、活力、总体健康状况，对家庭功能也有不良影响。
