【摘要】 目的 探讨RFA治疗肝癌的变化和评价疗效。 方法 超声引导多弹头RFA治疗肝癌，术后复查，对肿瘤声像图变化及血供显示情况进行对比分析。 结果 2-DE观测肿瘤“暗晕”消失，境界清楚无浸润;肿瘤缩小，占91.3%，30天缩小率为(39.26±6.87)%;肿瘤灭活;坏死，液化;吸收;回声增强。CHFI和CDPI观察分别有97.3%，97.5%的肿瘤血流信息消失。PW未探及血流频谱。 结论 (1)RFA是一种创伤小，疗效好的方法;(2)RFA治疗后肿瘤的声像图变化，肿瘤血供被阻断，血流信息消失及部分活检者证实肿瘤被灭活;(3)超声不但对RFA治疗能够正确引导，而且对术后疗效评价具有重要价值;(4)近期疗效满意，临床症状明显改善，生存期延长。
