【摘要】 目的 了解艾滋病患者的心理状况，探讨有效的护理措施，减少艾滋病的传播。 方法 自2003年5月～2004年5月针对32名艾滋病患者的个体差异，进行了不同的心理分析和心理护理。 结果 通过对艾滋病患者的心理护理，使我们在预防和治疗艾滋病方面探索出一条全新的理念。 结论 经过采取一系列的心理护理、预防性护理措施，对指导临床诊治、艾滋病防治和病人康复有重要价值和意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective Understand the psychological state of the HIV-positive person，probe into the effective nursing meausre，reduce the spread of AIDS.Methods To32individual difference of HIV-positive person，carry on different psychoanalysis attend to with the psychology from May2003to May2004.Results Attend to through the psychology to the HIV-positive person，make us probe in preventing from and treat AIDS that publish a brand-new idea.Conclusions Through take a series of psychology attend to，preventative nursing measure，to guide clinical to treat，AIDS preventing and controlling recover and have important value and meaning with patient.
