【摘要】 目的 观察成人急性白血病(AL)患者血清乳酸脱氢酶(sLDH)变化，以探索其对AL诊断、治疗及预后判断的临床意义。 方法 用全自动生化分析仪动态检测65例AL患者化疗前、完全缓解期sLDH。 结果 成人AL患者治疗前sLDH显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)，完全缓解期恢复正常。治疗前sLDH升高组完全缓解率、有效率明显低于sLDH正常组(P<0.05)。 结论 sLDH水平可作为成人AL的病情动态观察和疗效、预后监测的重要参考指标。
