【摘要】 目的 论述了我国在经济转轨和医疗改革日趋激烈的新形势下，医院人力资源管理所遇到的问题。 方法 对现状进行分析并提出相应的建议。 结果 在改变政府职能的同时，加快医疗体制改革，形成完善的管理模式。 结论 科学、合理地利用人力资源，顺应医疗卫生改革和市场经济的发展，使医院增加可持续发展的动力。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the problems in hospital after economy shunting in China，facing the in-creasingly heating competition in medical care market.Methods Present conditions were analyzed and corresponding suggestions were proposed.Results When the government is transforming its role，it is important for the hospitals to speed up system reform，enhance sustainable development capability by formatting well-organized management mode.Conclusion Utilizing the human resources scientifically and rationally，it is also in conformity with the devel-opment of medical reform and market economy.
