【摘要】 目的 总结和探讨晚期妊娠胎盘植入的发生、处理方法和经保守治疗无效的难治性胎盘植入的介入治疗。 方法 对1例晚期妊娠胎盘植入、分娩后发生难以控制大出血者的资料进行回顾性分析并复习文献。 结果 既往对晚期妊娠胎盘植入分娩后大出血患者，经保守治疗无效后，需行子宫切除。现代介入治疗可达到快速止血且保留子宫的效果。 结论 介入治疗是胎盘植入所致难治性产后出血的又一有效治疗方法。
