【摘要】 以社会生产力学说一般原理为指导，对医院生产力的本质及构成要素做初步探讨。医院生产力的本质可以理解为医院维护与促进人的健康的能力(包括诊断、治疗、康复、保健、预防等医学服务力)，以及医院创造、传播与转化医学科学技术(特别是临床医学科学技术)的能力(即科技创新力、科技传播力和科技转化力)。医院生产力由劳动者、生产资料、劳动对象、科学技术和管理五大要素所构成。本文对各要素在当今时代的发展要求做简要分析。
