【摘要】 目的 建立感速康胶囊中绿原酸的含量测定方法。

    方法 高效液相色谱法，Alltima C 18 (5μm，150cm×4.6mm);流动相为甲醇∶水(内含0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钠，磷酸调pH为3.8～4.0)为35∶65;检测波长为327nm。

    结果 平均回收率为98.7%，RSD=1.37%。

    结论 该方法简便，结果准确，重现性好，可作为感速康胶囊的质量控制方法。
