【摘要】 目的 通过应用地尔硫控制性降压观察其对血流动力学的影响，评价其降压效果及安全性。 方法 选择颌骨切除术患者25例，比较降压前后血液动力学变化。 结果 与降压前比较，地尔硫降压时，HR、MAP、SVR变化较显著，SI、SV、CO、CI无显著性变化，降压停止后，无血压反跳现象。 结论 地尔硫降压无明显不良反应，可控性好，安全有效。关键词 地尔硫 控制性降压 血流动力学 颌面外科手术
