【摘要】 目的 探讨NT-SMA(Ni-Ti shape memory alloys)支架在预防全喉切除术后气管造瘘口狭窄方面的作用。

    方法 回顾总结13例实施全喉切除术病例应用NT-SMA支架预防气管造口狭窄的临床资料。

    结果 13例全喉切除术后气管造瘘口安放NT-SMA支架后，均造口宽敞，随访2年4月～4年3月，造口无狭窄现象。远期有效率100%。

    结论 应用NT-SMA支架对于防止全喉切除术后气管造瘘口狭窄具有良好的效果。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Ni-Ti shape memory alloy stent in prevention of tracheostomal stenosis after total laryngectomy.Methods The13patients with total laryngectomy and to accept the Ni-Ti shape memory alloy stent are reviewed and analysed.Results The result shows that tracheostomay of13patients are capa-cious after the operation with Ni-Ti shape memory alloy stent.The follow-up2years4months to4years3months.The patients haven't the symptom of tracheostomal stenosis.The mid-term effective rate is100%.Conclusion The Ni-Ti shape memory alloy stent can prevent effectively tracheostomal stenosis after total laryngectomy. ......
