【摘要】 目的 探讨输液后拔针时两种不同按压方法的效果。 方法 选择100例病人分两组用两种不同拔针按压方法进行对照。 结果 先拔针后按压能减轻病人拔针时的痛苦和出血。 结论 先拔针后按压对减轻病人痛苦和皮下瘀血效果较好。深受病人好评，值得推广应用。
