内镜臭氧水自动洗消机对微生物杀灭效果的试验观察

     【摘要】 目的 探讨内镜臭氧水自动洗消机对微生物的杀灭效果。 方法 采用不锈钢片为载体,进行了定量杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的试验。 结果 洗消机生成的臭氧水含臭氧11.6mg/L。载体定量杀菌试验表明,按洗消机设定程序在工作槽内用臭氧水自动清洗12min,该杆菌芽孢的平均杀灭率为99.97%;在容器内用臭氧水流动浸泡30min,该杆菌芽孢的平均杀灭率为99.97%;在试管中用该机生成的臭氧水浸泡40min,该杆菌芽孢的平均杀灭率为73.86%。 结论 试验中不论用臭氧水自动清洗12min还是用臭氧水流动浸泡30min,该机生成的臭氧水杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的效果均良好。
