【摘要】 目的 总结数字放射摄影(digital radiography，DR)能量减影在胸部的检查技术和诊断价值。 方法 160例胸部外伤或肺部疾病患者进行了DR能量减影胸部后前位X线摄影检查，分别获得标准影像、骨骼影像和软组织影像;由一名主治医师和一名主任医师分别阅片，对影像质量进行评价，并形成一致诊断意见。 结果 本组160例患者共摄取能量减影胸片480幅，均能满足临床诊断。160例中胸部外伤135例，肺炎13例，肺结核7例，肺癌合并阻塞性炎症5例。DR标准胸片可显示骨性胸廓结构和肺纹理，图像质量优良;骨骼影像显示骨性胸廓方面优于标准影像，特别是心影和膈下结构重叠的肋骨;软组织影像在显示肺内病灶方面优于标准影像。结论 DR能量减影胸部摄影可清晰显示肋骨骨折和肺内病变，对胸部外伤和肺内细小病变有重要诊断价值。
