【摘要】 目的 研究Bcl-2及Bax基因蛋白在胃癌及癌前病变中的表达情况并探讨其与细胞凋亡的关系。 方法 应用免疫组化染色方法结合原位细胞凋亡TUNEL检测技术对70例慢性胃炎，49例肠上皮化生，64例异型增生及81例胃癌进行了Bcl-2和Bax基因蛋白检测及原位细胞凋亡观察。 结果 Bcl-2在重度异型增生中阳性表达率最高，而重度异型增生的细胞凋亡指数较低。Bax基因蛋白在肠化生与异型增生中的阳性表达率较慢性胃炎和胃癌中高，在重度异型增生中Bax阳性表达率最高。 结论 Bcl-2蛋白表达与凋亡细胞数呈负相关。Bal-2的表达可能是胃癌发生过程中的早期行为。Bax对Bcl-2的抑凋亡功能有对抗调节作用，二者共同决定细胞是否走向凋亡。
