【摘要】 目的 观察微导管持续负压引流胸腔积液后，胸腔内注入白介素-2治疗胸腔积液的疗效。 方法 50例胸腔积液患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各25例，前者以微导管持续负压引流，然后注入白介素-2;后者常规穿刺抽液后，注入白介素-2，两组药物剂量相同。 结果 治疗组CR15例，PR6例，对照组CR5例，PR7例。 结论 微导管置入胸腔后持续负压引流后注入白介素治疗恶性胸腔积液方便，有效，安全，无明显的副作用。
