【摘要】 目的 探讨先天性胆囊缺如的诊断及治疗。 方法 报告先天性胆囊缺如1例并结合相关文献，研究和讨论该疾病的诊断和治疗。 结果 先天性胆囊缺如的发病率很低，有症状组病人与其他胆道疾病的鉴别较困难。 结论 对有胆道疾病症状而影像学不能确定胆囊位置者只能手术探查以明确胆囊是否缺如，对有症状组先天性胆囊缺如的治疗应该是解除胆道梗阻及运动障碍。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of congenital agenesis of gallbladder.Methods Report of a case and review the related literatures to study and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of the congenital agenesis of gallbladder.Results The congenital agenesis of gallbladder is rare.It is difficult to distinguish the symptomatic cases from other biliary diseases.Conclusion Laparotomy is just the way to diagnosis the congenital agenesis of gallbladder when surgery can't find the gallbladder by imaging on the patients with the symptoms of biliary tract disease.The way to treat the symptomatic cases is to get rid of the obstruction and the dyskinesia of the biliary tract. ......
