【摘要】 目的 探讨如何加强放射影像科医学影像专业实习生的临床实习教学与管理工作。 方法 回顾性总结分析近3年在我科实习的医学影像专业学生的放射学临床实习教学与管理的经验，总结了如何加强组织领导与管理及对实习学生的放射学临床技能培养的方法。 结果 学生们的思想素质得到提高，能独立处理日常工作的各种问题，对常见病、多发病的诊断符合率达到90%以上。 结论 在实践过程中，笔者体会到，要从以下方面着手:(1)重视医学影像专业临床实习生的管理工作。(2)提高带教老师的崇高荣誉感和工作责任感。(3)充分利用多媒体教学，努力改进教学方法，激发学生的学习自觉性。(4)在严格监督的基础上充分放手让学生有锻炼的机会。
