【摘要】 目的 探讨小儿烧伤的流行病学特征，总结经验教训，提高救治水平。 方法 采用回顾性分析的的方法，对我院8年来收治的223例小儿烧伤的病例资料进行总结，分析了致伤因素及发病规律。 结果 小儿烧伤占我院同期烧伤患者的53.5%;夏秋两季发病率为81.2%;农村患儿占92.8%;致伤因素主要以热液烫伤为主，占61%;病死率为3.1%。 结论 小儿烧伤是今后烧伤防治工作的重点。
